Manager, Partner Marketing

We’re looking for a Manager, Partner Marketing who will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and executional excellence to grow and scale our partner ecosystem across our brands: NiceJob, DataCandy, and Paystone. You’ll also lead the partner-facing go-to-market (GTM) launch of a brand-new business line in early 2026, making this a high-impact, career-defining role.
In this position, you’ll serve as the connector between partnerships, marketing, and sales, activating campaigns, building co-marketing strategies, and driving demand through partner channels. If you’re passionate about building programs that create measurable impact, enjoy blending strategic planning with hands-on execution, and thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Drive demand generation: Execute lead generation campaigns across internal and partner channels—social, blogs, podcasts, events, webinars, livestreams, and beyond.
- Build scalable strategies: Develop co-marketing initiatives with major partners to showcase the power of reputation marketing and customer-driven growth.
- Activate communities: Drive brand awareness and engagement within partner user groups and online communities.
- Own GTM initiatives: Manage launches of new integrations, partner programs, and ecosystem campaigns, keeping our brands top of mind.
- Enable partner sales teams: Equip partner relationship managers with the tools they need to deliver compelling communications, training, and enablement content for partner reps and independent sales organizations.
- Maximize visibility: Identify and lead our brands’ presence at exhibitions, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Measure and optimize: Set KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine campaigns for greater impact.
- Lead with influence: Mentor and grow the partner marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and cross-functional success.
What You Bring
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.

- Experience:
- 5+ years in marketing, including at least 2 years in partner or channel marketing roles.
- 1+ years working in B2B SaaS organizations.
- Core Skills:
- You’re a seasoned marketing generalist—you’re comfortable wearing many hats and have hands-on experience across content formats like blogs, email, video, and more.
- Proven expertise in partner/channel marketing is an asset—including co-marketing, co-selling, and partner acquisition campaigns.
- Skilled in planning and activating events, tradeshows, webinars, and community engagement.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to keep initiatives on track, align stakeholders, and move ideas from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics tools.
- You’re a seasoned marketing generalist—you’re comfortable wearing many hats and have hands-on experience across content formats like blogs, email, video, and more.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
- People leadership experience—coaching and supporting team growth is an asset.
