  • Conduct high-volume outreach, including 50+ calls per day, plus targeted emails and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Schedule and confirm qualified meetings with decision-makers to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Focus outreach on multi-location and mid-market businesses, with emphasis on franchise groups with 10+ locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and progress within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation efforts.
  • Provide support with product demonstrations and customer activations when required.
  • Represent NiceJob at industry events and conferences as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role.
  • Post-secondary education (university degree, college diploma, or technical/professional program) in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-volume outreach environments and handle rejection with resilience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Confidence using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales engagement tools to track and manage pipeline activity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technology.
  • A competitive, driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a remote-first, people-first team.
  • Knowledge of SaaS or previous experience in a tech environment is an advantage.
