The Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic, visionary, and customer-obsessed Director of Product to lead the NiceJob product into its next stage of growth. This is your chance to own the product strategy, shape the vision, and scale a portfolio that impacts thousands of home service businesses across North America.

What You'll Be Doing

🚀 Drive Vision & Product Strategy

  • Define and lead the long-term product vision and roadmap for NiceJob.
  • Align strategic goals with customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Identify and validate new growth opportunities, from feature expansion to pricing and platform innovation.

🏡 Champion the Home Services Customer

  • Be the voice of the customer—deeply understand their journey, pain points, and motivations.
  • Leverage insights from users, customer-facing teams, and data to guide product decisions.

📈 Deliver Growth & Measurable Impact

  • Build and scale a product roadmap focused on engagement, retention, upsell, and revenue expansion.
  • Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to drive iterative improvement and innovation.

👥 Lead and Empower a High-Performing Team

  • Manage and grow a team of Product Managers and UX Designers.
  • Foster a customer-obsessed, fast-paced, and high-accountability product culture.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and clear growth paths for your team.

🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success.
  • Ensure product-market fit, smooth go-to-market execution, and strong internal alignment.
  • Communicate roadmap, priorities, and impact clearly to executive stakeholders and across the organization.
     

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a senior or leadership role (e.g., leading Product Managers or UX Designers)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, MBA or Master’s degree is a plus but not required
  • Proven success leading B2B SaaS product teams, ideally in SMB or vertical SaaS.
  • Strong product strategy, discovery, and delivery skills.
  • Deep empathy for customers—especially small business owners—and a passion for solving their real-world problems.
  • Experience scaling products and teams through high-growth phases.
  • Data-informed decision-making, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
  • Inspirational leadership style and a commitment to coaching and talent development.
